A new friend recently asked me how Mind compares to Monavie as well as two popular products sold at Sam's Club, Frutavie and Liquid Life.

What I have found is that using one ounce of Mind, may be better than using one ounce of both Frutavie ($17.62) and Liquid Life ($18.00).

Here are the details... Liquid Life contains only 150mg of the berry complex. This is very low compared to the 12,000mg found in Mind. Liquid Life does not state its ORAC value. Other nutritional items found in Liquid Life are in low quantities, except for Aloe Vera. The mineral complex in both Liquid Life and Mind come from the same source. Frutavie (apparently a direct competition for Monavie) does claim an ORAC of 3500, which is good. But Frutavie does not contain any added vitamins or minerals. Mind's ORAC is 4500, which is also good. These are literature claims, however, and neither is yet verified by a 3rd party lab.
